What is your returns policy?
At Ravellas Boutique we thrive on keeping our customers happy. We will exchange or replace any faulty item. Items must be retuturned with tags in origional packaging. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on items for any other reaons or items returned that have been worn or had the tags removed.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
We are able to offer virtual gift cards which will be sent in the form of an email to the recipient. This can be any amount up to £100 and must be used within 6 months of purchase. Contact us to order your virtual giftcard now.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. Clearpay iand Laybuy are also available, where you can split your payments over a longer period interest free.
What are your shipping and dipatch times?
All items are dispatched within 10 working days after the date of ordering but we do try to dispatch as soon as possible. All items are sent via royal mail signed for post (unless discussed otherwise) to ensure items are insured if lost in the post. We currently offer Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class signed for. There are currently delays with Royal Mail due to Covid-19. Please give up to 5 days for first class orders and 10 days for second class orders before contacting us.
Where do you ship to?
We currently have options on the site for shipping to the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. These options are all with royal mail. If you would like us to use a different shipping provider please dont hesitate to contact us to discuss this. Once we have agreed on a price and provider I will add this to the site for you to select at checkout. Due to the icreased cost of shipping out of the UK free postage is only available in the United Kingdom.
